Dragon Ball Super: Super Heroes is Super Fun


The Dragon Ball franchise is not unknown to anyone, even the people who never watched an ounce of anime know who Goku is. The influence the franchise has on the generation is incomparable. Now, this beast of a franchise is back with another movie filled with the classic booms, fights, humor, and energy balls. So, let's find if and when it is worth your time.


The movie brings back the age-old infamous and villainous corporation The Red Ribbon Army from the early days of Dragon Ball which was destroyed by kid Goku. The movie also expands on the relationship between Piccolo and Gohan in a manner that is new yet familiar. The story and the characters do a great job of keeping you glued to your seats. The inclusion of both old and new characters makes it easier for intergenerational fans to enjoy the classic Dragon Ball action with a modern touch to it.

The story is fairly simple and engaging enough to make you want to unravel it. With its fair share of twists and turns it ends up with a relieving and justified climax. The writing of Akira Toriyama does a great job of making you fall in love with the new characters pretty quickly, they do not feel forced and unimportant. The story has some fairly great surprises for old Dragon Ball Z fans too. It mainly explores the age-old relationship between Gohan and Piccolo and finally gives both of these characters the justice they deserved.

The animation style of Dragon Ball Super: Super Heroes has a blend of both 3D and 2D elements. The colors bring out the explosions more impactfully taking it to a whole another level. The movements are fluid, fast, and tight, making you indulge in each fight sequence. Despite trying something new with animation Dragon Ball Super: Super Heroes doesn't go wrong with its style and remains true to the franchise.

The movie spans beautifully and the story is told in a very simple way, it will give you moments to laugh at, moments to be emotional, and moments to get that adrenaline up and running. It has some very subtle and nostalgic nods to the old-school Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z which will surely be loved by fans. The best part in all of it is that nothing feels forced and rushed and the movie doesn't suffer from any kind of pacing problems. The fights are not interrupted with long pauses and the dynamic camera takes them to another level. Truly at the interval, I felt like only 5 minutes of the movie have passed. The background score does the trick with the sequences matching each drop and all highs.

That being said, with so many characters on board the film naturally is not able to use the character potential of important characters, you may feel that they are capable of doing more but they simply.... don't.

Dragon Ball Super: Super Heroes is a treat for all the Dragon Ball fans out there and is just a great watch even if you're not a dragon ball fan and want a fast and mind-blowing experience. The simple storytelling and the lovable characters don't make it very hard to follow the story without any prior knowledge of the series and will indulge you quite immediately. Though it becomes a ton of more fun if you are a fan of the series from the original Dragon Ball.

How Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man can save Sony - The Amazing Spider-Man 3?

Sony Pictures has been milking characters from the Spider-Man universe for years now. Venom Morbius, Kraven the hunter, and Madam Web even have the vulture now. Sony is trying to set up a Spider-Man cinematic universe of their own. However, the irony is Sony still needs an official Spider-Man! There are four ways the Sony Spider-Man storyline can proceed. Firstly, they could bring back Tobey Maguire as the main Spider-Man for Sony. But that would make no sense, as he already fought Venom in Spider-Man 3. ANT-MAN QUANTUMANIA ENDING AND POST CREDIT SCENES DISCUSSION - This is where the fun begins

  In the last blog, I told u about how I felt about the movie, well tried to, at least. But today, we have many comic book pages to turn and look into. But before we do so, SPOILER WARNING. There, I gave it now. Do not cry when I tell you that Kang did not go into the probability storm alone because if he did, he would create his new and more dangerous variants. He is already fighting; god knows how many of them. Towards the movie's end, we see Kang the Conqueror bested by ANT-MAN! The big bad of the multiversal saga is BESTED BY ANT-MAN! Now many people think that Kang is dead but come on, guys, "are you an Avenger? Have I killed you before?" has to mean something. Kang is not dead. He is just even smaller in the quantum realm. We see Kang disappear with his ship's core which can lead to him being teleported to another dimension.  So why is Kang against his variants anyway?
