How Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man can save Sony - The Amazing Spider-Man 3?


Sony Pictures has been milking characters from the Spider-Man universe for years now. Venom Morbius, Kraven the hunter, and Madam Web even have the vulture now. Sony is trying to set up a Spider-Man cinematic universe of their own. However, the irony is Sony still needs an official Spider-Man!

There are four ways the Sony Spider-Man storyline can proceed. Firstly, they could bring back Tobey Maguire as the main Spider-Man for Sony. But that would make no sense, as he already fought Venom in Spider-Man 3. Secondly, they could continue with Tom Holland's Spider-Man. Still, he is now firmly a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), and his future is tied to the MCU.

Thirdly, they could cast a brand new Spider-Man, but that doesn't seem logical as we already have three actors who are now canon. And finally, the fourth option, and my favorite one, is to bring back Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man. This option is the perfect fit for Sony's setup for the Sinister Six.

Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man initially had a Sinister Six storyline. He already has a built-in history with characters like Electro and the Rhino, which could be explored further in The Amazing Spider-Man 3. Moreover, the actor has expressed interest in playing the role again and said he loves his version of Spider-Man.

Sony must present a phenomenal script for this to happen, though. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 wasn't well-received by critics and audiences alike, and it was one of the reasons why Sony decided to reboot the franchise with Tom Holland. However, with the right script and direction, The Amazing Spider-Man 3 could be a major success for Sony.

Even if you are not a fan of The Amazing Spider-Man movies, you cannot deny that no one understands and portrays the emotions of Spider-Man better than Andrew Garfield. The way to go is to do a Sinister Six storyline, an iconic chapter in the comic books with the most Comic accurate Spider-Man.

It's also worth noting that rumors and theories exist that Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man could appear in Avengers Secret Wars. If that were to happen, it could serve as a reintroduction of the character and generate even more excitement for The Amazing Spider-Man 3.

Bringing back Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man is the best option for Sony and The Amazing Spider-Man 3. He is the perfect fit for the Sinister Six storyline, and the actor has expressed interest in playing the role again. With the right script and direction, The Amazing Spider-Man 3 could succeed and help Sony establish its own Spider-Man cinematic universe.

ANT-MAN QUANTUMANIA ENDING AND POST CREDIT SCENES DISCUSSION - This is where the fun begins
